The Austin Flyers road racing team is competitive at the local and regional levels with members in Austin, Houston and Tulsa,OK. The team is currently focused primarily on the development of female racers.
Our goals are to:

• Race competitively at local, regional, and some national events to give the team maximum exposure and experience;
  
• Foster an elite squad that can function as mentors to the developmental riders on the team and the club;
  
• Always ride and race as good sports and embrace new riders;
  
• Be elite without being elitist;
  
• Share our experiences as widely as we can through group rides, periodic clinics, general advice; and
  
• Never forget how hard it was to line up at that first race!
